The Sister Patrick Stapleton Hope Scholarship, originally the Hope Scholarship, was developed and funded years ago through many fundraising events of the Gannondale Auxiliary Board. It was renamed after Sister Patrick Stapleton, Sister of Our Lady of Charity, passed away in the year 2000. The scholarship name was changed in order to reflect its origins and to honor a woman who had a deep and abiding faith in the Gannondale program and a desire to help young women maximize their potential. The $250 - $500 per semester scholarship is available to all past Gannondale residents. The hope is to provide financial assistance for our young women to continue their formal education beyond the high school level. Applications can be provided by contacting Gannondale.
