Substance Abuse Services

Gannondale provides drug and alcohol abuse prevention services for youth who have a history of substance abuse. Drug and Alcohol screenings and assessments are completed on each youngster who enters our care.

The counseling involves gaining insight into the use or experimentation with illegal substances, helping to cope with others who may use drugs/alcohol and strategies to avoid future drug and alcohol use/experimentation.

We do not accept youth with a current, severe, substance abuse problem (i.e., addiction or near addiction).
